Tapioca Jello Salad
Tapioca Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. orange jello, 2 pkg. tapioca pudding mix, 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 small flat can crushed pineapple (undrained) and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut each orange slice in half.
Save 6 whole slices for top.
Add boiling water to dry ingredients; mix well.
Place in the refrigerator to cool and thicken to a very thick syrup.
Then add Cool Whip and fruit.
Place in a container and decorate top with 6 whole orange slices in pinwheel fashion.
Can also put a maraschino cherry in middle if desired.
