Tapioca Cream
Tapioca Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, separated, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. minute tapioca, 2 c. milk and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat egg whites foamy.
tablespoons sugar and continue to beat with egg beater until they stand in peaks. Set aside. Mix egg yolk, tapioca, milk, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil (4 to 5 minutes).

Pour slowly meringue mixture; blend well.

Let stand to 20 minutes.
Good served warm.
