Tapioca is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. tapioca mix, 2 3/4 c. milk, 1 egg well beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil.
Pudding thickens as it cools.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Cool 20 minutes; stir.
Serve warm or chilled.
Store left over pudding in refrigerator.
Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
