Tapenade
Tapenade is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) cans pitted black olives, 1/2 can anchovy fillets, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. capers and 2 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process or blend briefly.
Mixture should be blended but still coarse. Transfer to a bowl and serve with chunks of crusty French bread.
