Place meat in baking dish, brush with Wesson Oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 45 minutes at 375°.
Drain fat. Combine onion, vinegar, sugar and mustard and spread on meat. Pour on Hunt's sauce.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
