Mix all ingredients except peanut butter and candy bar.
Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet or 13 x 9-inch baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
While still hot, spread on peanut butter and place in refrigerator to harden.
Melt chocolate candy bar in double boiler or microwave and spread on top of cake.
Cut into squares to serve.
