Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts, 1 onion (optional), 1 pt. plain yogurt and dry tandoori mix (available at indian grocery stores), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish.
Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken.
Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken, spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color.
Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours.
Bake in oven at 375Β° for 1 hour.
