Fry hamburger, onion and garlic until brown.
Add tomato sauce, cheese soup, whole kernel corn, chili and green chili peppers.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Mix cornbread mix and make it thinner and pour over mixture.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 350° until brown.
