Tamale Pie
Tamale Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 canned tamales, cut in 2-inch pieces, 1 fryer, cooked, boned and cubed, 2 c. whole kernel corn (drain liquid from cans), 2 c. canned tomatoes and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix everything, except cheese, and place in large casserole. Bake at 325Β° for about 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
