Tallerine
Tallerine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, 2 cloves garlic, chopped and 1 can corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook noodles; set aside.
Brown hamburger, onion, peppers and garlic.
Add chili powder, salt and pepper.
Line a casserole dish with half of the cooked noodles, then meat mixture.
Cover with corn and cheese.
Add last half of noodles.
Over this pour soup and water that have been mixed together.
Then pour Ro-Tel on top.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250° to 275°.
