Talerina is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 ribs celery, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute vegetables in oil.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add remaining ingredients in layers, saving some cheese and olives to sprinkle on top.
Make sure noodles are covered with liquid. Cover.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
A 10-inch skillet works well for this. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
