Tahitian Supper
Tahitian Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, juice from 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 c. water and 2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saucepan, combine 1/2 packed sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, water and vinegar.
Cook, stirring until clear and thick, then stir in the Treet or Spam cut in 1-inch and bell pepper strips.
Keep cooking until hot (about
10 minutes).
Serve over hot, cooked rice. Serves 4.
