Tagliarini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, cut fine, 1 green pepper, cut fine, 2 cloves garlic and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown onion, garlic and green pepper in oil.
Add beef and brown, stirring frequently.
Add tomato sauce, raw noodles and enough boiling water to cover.
Cook until noodles are done, about 15 minutes.
Add corn, olives and mushrooms.
Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown in oven.
This works well as one-dish meal for a party.
