Taglarini
Taglarini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large can tomato juice, 1 green pepper, chopped fine and 8 oz. very fine noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown meat in large pan; add onion, garlic and green pepper.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, juice, puree and corn.
Bring to a boil and add noodles.
Cook at a simmer about 10 minutes. (Stir frequently to keep from scorching.) Pour into greased baking dish not more than 2-inches deep.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serves 15. Cut recipe in half for less.
Will freeze well.
