Measure popcorn in large pan.
In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in brown sugar, syrups and vanilla.
Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour over corn.
Bake at 250Β° in 2 large baking pans for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir. Repeat 3 more times or until crisp.
