Taffy Candy
Taffy Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. light mild flavored molasses, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine molasses, sugar, butter and vinegar.
Cook, constantly stirring slowly until mixture reaches 260Β° or candy hard ball stage.
Remove from heat and pour into greased pan or platter. When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull until light golden color.
Cut in 2-inch strips and let harden.
Wrap individually in wax paper and refrigerate.
If you like nuts, can also be added before putting into platter.
