Taffel's Salad
Taffel'S Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 regular size pkg. strawberry or cherry jello, 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese, 24 large marshmallows and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain pineapple.
Use enough juice and water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Let the mixture boil and add to the jello.
Drop in marshmallows and dissolve.
Add pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts.
Do not add Cool Whip until mixture is completely cooled. Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours before serving.
