Tacos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 taco shells, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat taco shells according to package directions.

For filling, in a large skillet, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown.

Drain fat.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
