Taco-Tex Mix Dip

Mash avocados with a fork and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.

On a pie plate or other deep dish plate, arrange as single layers in the following order: bean dip, sour cream mixture, avocado mixture, cheese, tomatoes and olives.

Serve as a dip with plain tortilla chips.
