Taco Surprise
Taco Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box stove top cornbread stuffing, 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 1 (8 oz.) jar picante or salsa sauce, medium or hot and 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare the stuffing as directed on box.
Set aside.
Brown meat and add sauce.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Layer half of stuffing in casserole.
Top with ground beef, then spread cheese over meat.
Cover with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Double recipe for a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
You can sprinkle cheese on top also.
