Taco Submarines
Taco Submarines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. french-style rolls (6 inches long), 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1/4 c. water and 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown; drain.
Stir in sour cream, water and taco seasoning mix.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cut rolls in half.
Spread with mayonnaise.
Place lettuce on bottoms.
Layer about 1/3 cup beef mixture, 2 cheese slices and tomato slices on each sandwich.
Cover top of roll.
Secure with wooden pick.
Makes 6 submarines.
