Taco Soup
Taco Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef (lean), 1 onion, chopped, 2 tsp. seasoning salt, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans and 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown together ground beef and onion in a large pot.
Season meat with seasoning salt, then add (including juice) kidney beans, pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, hominy, tomato juice and diced green chilies.
Stir and add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing (optional).
Simmer for about 45 minutes.
This can either be served with crackers or is delicious served over corn chips.
This is great for serving the multitudes.
This may also be frozen.
