Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. red japlan sauce (hot sauce) and 1 head lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown hamburger.
Drain off all drippings.
Add beans, salt and hot sauce and simmer together for 10 minutes.
Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and onion as for a salad, using a large bowl.
Mix in meat mixture.
Add cheese and dressing and toss lightly.
Add crushed tortilla chips last and toss again.
Serve as soon as possible.
