Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 jar thick and chunky ortega salsa, lettuce and cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the cream cheese and sour cream and place in bottom of dish.
Place salsa on top.
Shred lettuce and put on salsa. Place on top of lettuce, cheese, olives and tomatoes.
(Leave tomatoes whole or cut in half.)
Serve with corn chips.
