Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. water, 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder, 1 large clove garlic, crushed, dash of cayenne pepper (optional) and 6 c. shredded lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook ground meat until brown.
Drain.
Stir in Hamburger Helper, water, chili powder, garlic and cayenne pepper.
Heat to boiling, stirring often.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
Place lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, onions and olives in a large bowl.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until chilled at least 4 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
