Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped, 2 cans bush chili beans, well drained and 2 c. low fat cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
Add in order listed, green onions, tomatoes, chili beans, and cheese.
Punch holes in the bag of Fritos and crush them with your hands, add to salad.
Just before serving pour dressing over all and toss real good.
This can be made ahead of time and
Fritos and dressing added just before serving.
