Taco Potato Sticks is an easy dinner. Made with 4 unpeeled potatoes, sour cream, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 pkg. taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut potatoes in wedges, roll in butter.
Mix crumbs and taco sauce in bag.
Add potatoes and shake well.
Place on baking pan, skin side down.
Bake at 400Β° until tender.
Serve with sour cream.
