Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef, 1 medium onion, 1 pkg. taco mix, 1 small sour cream and 1/3 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown beef and onions.
Drain.
Stir in taco mix, water and green pepper and simmer 5 minutes.
Separate dough into 8 pieces. Spread on 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle 1 cup of chips over chips over crust.
Spoon meat over crust.
Spread sour cream over meat mixture.
Cover with cheese and chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
Check sometimes it doesn't take that long, depends on your oven.
