Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 10 chopped green olives and 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown ground beef.
Drain, then stir in taco seasoning, water and olives.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Separate crescents and arrange in a 9-inch pan to form crust.
Crush tortilla chips and cover crescents in pan.
Spoon meat mixture on top of tortilla chips.
Spread sour cream over meat.
Top with cheese and a few chip crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
