Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. pkg. lean ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. chunky salsa and 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown meat and drain.
Add seasoning mix, water and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.
Spread roll dough in large pie plate to form a crust.
Spoon on meat mixture.
Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese slices.
Sprinkle over the 1/2 cup corn chips. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes and serve.
