Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 8 oz. can tomato sauce, 8 oz. crescent rolls and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375°.
In large skillet, brown meat, onion and pepper; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce and taco mix.
Set aside. Separate dough and place triangles in ungreased 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Sprinkle corn meal over crust.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes (crust will be puffy when removed from oven).
Spoon meat mixture over corn meal.
Spread sour cream over meat and top with cheese.
Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
