Taco Dip Appetizer
Taco Dip Appetizer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 1 jar jalapeño peppers (small jar), 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 medium tomato, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix beans and pepper juice (add some chopped pepper if desired) together in a bowl.
Mix 2/3 of taco seasoning in it, too.
Spread mixture in a dish or tray bottom (round plate like pizza looks great).
Mix 1/3 of taco seasoning with sour cream and spread over bean mixture.
Sprinkle the cheese and onion and tomato on top as desired.
Olives or mushrooms can be added if desired.
