Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. refried beans, 8 oz. tomato sauce, 2 tsp. tabasco sauce, 1 c. chopped tomatoes and 3/4 c. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine beans, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.
Spread in bottom of 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese.
Brown the ground beef; drain.
Stir in chili powder, the rest of Tabasco sauce, tomato sauce, olives, salt and peppers.
Spread on top of cheese. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 6 to 8.
