Taco Dip
A layered cold dip with a cream cheese and sour cream base spiked with taco seasoning, then piled with lettuce, tomato, cheese and optional ground beef. A party-tray classic.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Chill a pie plate.
Let cream cheese reach room temperature to soften.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream.
Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Pour mixture into the chilled pie plate.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top dip mixture with shredded lettuce, beef, onions, tomatoes and cheeses, layering each.
Serve with tortilla chips.
