Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 4 oz. cream cheese, 2/3 c. taco sauce, 1 1/2 c. torn lettuce and 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in small bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Spread mixture into 8-inch circle on large platter. Spread taco sauce over cream cheese mixture.
Layer with lettuce, pepper, onion, Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
Sprinkle tomato over top.
Refrigerate, covered, up to 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Make 8 to 10 servings.
