Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag nacho chips, 1 large jar salsa sauce (medium), 16 oz. sour cream, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 head lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream.
Set aside. Chop lettuce into small pieces.
Set aside.
Drain salsa into colander.
Set aside.
Shred Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
Mix together.
Set aside.
Slice olives to make rings.
Set aside.
On a serving platter, layer as follows: cream cheese, sour cream mixture, shredded lettuce, salsa sauce, shredded cheese mixture and olive slices.
Serve with nachos in a bowl on the side.
