Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 - can refried beans (taco bell brand, fat free with jalapeño peppers), 1 - 16 oz. container reduced fat sour cream, 1 - pkg. of hidden valley ranch fiesta dip mix, 1 - 8 oz. brick of monterey jack cheese with jalapeño peppers and 2 - plum tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread beans into bottom of a dish, (13x9 if you use 2 cans of beans).
Mix together sour cream and HVR Fiesta Dip mix, spread on top of beans already in pan. Grate cheese and layer on top of sour cream mixture.
Top with tomatoes, scallion onions, red pepper, and black olives.
TA DA DONE!!!
