Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large jar oliverio italian peppers (in sauce; qt.), 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1/4 lb. monterey jack cheese, shredded, 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded and tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut peppers into small pieces.
In square baking dish, layer the cream cheese spread over bottom, the peppers in sauce and top with the two cheeses.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Cheese should be bubbly and edges light brown.
