Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans refried beans, 6 tbsp. mayonnaise, 6 tbsp. sour cream mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, (4 oz.) monterey jack cheese, shredded and 2 scallions, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Smooth refried beans across bottom of baking dish.
Follow by mayonnaise and sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cover with scallions, olives and tomatoes.
May serve as is or bake in 350Β° oven until cheese melts.
Serve with nachos.
