Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, guacamole (fresh or frozen), 2 or 3 bunches green onions, chopped, 3/4 c. chopped black olives and 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes, quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; set aside.
In a 9-inch square casserole dish, layer in the following order
Refried beans (spread to cover bottom), guacamole, green onions, black olives, cherry tomatoes, sour cream mixture and Cheddar cheese.
Chill; serve with tortilla chips.
