This is practically a no cook meal and great for camping. Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet, stirring occasionally.
Drain off fat.
Blend in ketchup, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes.
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes and shred the cheese.
