Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 16 oz. can chili beans, 18 oz. can tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. taco sauce and 2 to 4 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook and stir ground beef until browned; drain.
Stir in chili beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic.
Bring to a boil.
Arrange coarsely broken corn chips in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; spread with sour cream.
Top with onion, tomato and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° until hot and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
Arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of casserole.
Serve with garnishes of shredded lettuce and taco sauce, if desired.
