Taco Bake
Taco Bake is an impressive Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Cook ground beef with onions until browned and drain well. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased baking dish.
Into this stir taco seasoning, drained corn and tomato sauce.
Spread evenly in dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream.
