Taco Bake
Taco Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook ground beef with onions until browned and drain well. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased baking dish.
Into this stir taco seasoning, drained corn and tomato sauce.
Spread evenly in dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream.
