Taco Bake
Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 medium onion, chopped, 3/4 c. salsa, 1/4 c. water and 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown the ground beef with the onion and drain.
Add the salsa, water and Taco seasoning mix.
Stir well and cook 5 minutes over medium hear or until thickened.
Add the olives and the corn. Put in a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
Prepare the Jiffy mix and add the cheese and green chilies to the mixture.
Stir and pour over the meat mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30-35 minutes.
