Tabouli
Tabouli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dry bulgur wheat, 1 c. fresh lemon juice, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1 bunch green onions, sliced and 1 c. packed minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place the bulgur with cold water to cover in a large bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes, until most of water is absorbed.
Drain the bulgur, squeezing out excess water.
Toss the moist bulgur with all the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours.
