Melt butter; stir in brown sugar.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Cook 2 minutes.
Stir in cream.
Bring to boil again. Take off heat.
Cool until lukewarm.
Stir in confectioners sugar.
Beat until spreading consistency.
