Tabbouli
Tabbouli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bulgur wheat, 3 c. boiling water, 2 or 3 tbsp. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic and 5 or 6 green onions, finely sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix bulgur wheat and water and let set until absorbed. Drain off excess water and cool in refrigerator. When cooled, add olive oil and mix.
Squeeze garlic into mixture. Add remaining ingredients to mixture.
Mix and place in refrigerator for three to four hours.
