Swordfish Deluxe
Swordfish Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2-inch) swordfish steak, 2 tsp. rosemary, 6 tbsp. butter, salt and 1/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dredge fish with flour and press rosemary into the fish.
Brush with oil.
Place 5 tablespoons butter in a large skillet and add fish.
Cook, turning once, until fish is flaky (about 15 minutes).
Sprinkle with salt and remove to a hot platter.
Add wine and remaining butter to skillet and heat; pour over fish.
