Swizzle Steak
Swizzle Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced into strips, approximately 3 x 1/2-inch each, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat in frying pan. Add onion. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes*, adding additional water, if necessary.
Before serving, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to a small amount of water and mix into meat to thicken sauce.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
